Napco Leads the Industry in VSI Color Retention Certification!

May 3, 2006 – You knew Napco’s vinyl siding products met or exceeded the industry standard for quality and performance under ASTM D3679. Now, in addition, the entire solid color palette meets or exceeds the industry standard (ASTM D6864) for color retention as well!

In fact, Napco is the first-and-only-VSI member manufacturer to have met this new standard across the entire product line. And, certification does not come easy- each of the colors had to pass a two year, outdoor weathering test to achieve this distinction.

Napco, who continues to hold the lowest warranty claims in the industry, now features the highest color retention in the industry as well.

Prestained sidings should be stored in a clear, dry spot off of the ground at the job site. Any direct water contact while sidings are horizontal may cause problems after application. These problems can be: distortion, mildew growth, and dirt collection. If covered outside be sure to put down plastic under the stack as well as above, and frequently remove the cover to circulate air through the siding.
